| Scott Gillman CEO Scott Gillman graduated from the Wharton School of Business with a degree in accounting and finance in 1983. He then attended the UCLA School of Law, graduating in 1986. He practiced law in New York City as an associate at the law firms of Wilke, Farr & Gallagher and Proskauer, Rose, Goetz & Mendelsohn. In 1989, he and his brother Marc started Mascott Corporation, a restaurant company, with the opening of Markers Restaurant in Jersey City. He graduated in 1985, and went on to work in successful restaurant operations in California and New York until 1989.
